Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item you received, please inform us by emailing us at support@hairbb.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will authorize the return.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.
Defective Products:
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@hairbb.com. Make sure to include your order number and a photo showcasing the item's condition. We will gladly refund the postage costs if the item is defective or if the error was made on our part.
Customer Remorse:
If you have ordered the wrong product, the item doesn't fit, or you simply no longer want it, you can still return it for a full refund. However, please note that the items must be unopened and unused. In this case, you will be responsible for bearing the postage costs associated with the return.
Fragrance Returns:
Please be aware that due to international aviation restrictions, fragrances cannot be returned under any circumstances. We understand the limitations imposed by these regulations and encourage you to carefully review your fragrance orders before placing them to ensure you make the right choice.
