All items are ship from Hong Kong, free shipping to worldwide, we will ship your item(s) within 2 days(except holidays), all items mostly arrive in 10-16 days, if hold by customs that may need to wait for one more week, but not more than a month.

We are not responsible for customs fees.

Return policy

Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused. But you shold pay for the postage.

If there is any defect in the product on receipt then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time.
